New operational team

The year 2024 marked a transition within Fondation setec’s operational team.

Marie Hommeau, General Delegate since the foundation’s creation in 2020, stepped down at the end of 2024 to fully dedicate herself to her work at setec énergie environnement. Marie played a key role in structuring and ensuring the smooth operation of the foundation—from overseeing activities and managing relations with field organizations to fostering a spirit of engagement among employees.

Constance Laloye, Project Officer at the foundation since 2022, has also been a valuable contributor, particularly in supporting the Annual Campaigns. She is now moving on to new full-time responsibilities at setec énergie environnement.

Fondation setec extends its sincere thanks to both Marie and Constance for their dedication and impactful contributions!

The transition has been gradually handed over, first to Léa Schmitt from setec énergie environnement, who has been actively involved in Fondation setec since July 2023 as a project officer and is now taking on operational co-leadership. Joining her in January 2025 is Fatou Diagne, a project manager at setec hydratec.

With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, including work with Engineers Without Borders in Washington, D.C., Fatou was immediately drawn to the idea of joining Fondation setec. For her, it represents an opportunity to diversify her activities while reengaging with the nonprofit world.
