Rêv’Elles

Since 2013, the Rêv’Elles association has been inspiring, motivating and supporting young women from working-class neighborhoods in building their personal and professional projects.
Operating in the Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regions, the association raises awareness and supports more than 1,000 young girls a year, acting in the long term to promote the economic and social emancipation of young women from working-class neighborhoods.
The setec Foundation is supporting the 2023-2024 graduating class of the branch located in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The project will start in September 2023 and end in March 2024.

Thursday, October 26, 2023, the Fondation setec organized the visit of a group of young women from the Rêv’Elles association to setec Lyon’s new premises.

The program includs:
– Presentation of the company
– Workshops on corporate codes and know-how
– Interview simulations
– Inspiring testimonials
– Job surveys

The day was rich in emotion and sharing between the young women and the volunteer staff. 🌸
