2024 laureates

 

At the Executive Committee’s first decision-making session in June 2024, 2 Fonds Transition projects were selected:

 

  • Professional integration of internally displaced women in Yaoundé, Cameroon, supported by the incubator Action pour l’Economie de Communion en Afrique Centrale. Our employees Norbert Kouawa and Cynthia Tuwa, setec Cameroun, are in charge of representing the setec Foundation on site. The project is supported by a grant of 16,000 euros.

 

  • Empowerment and professional integration of single mothers in Youndé, Cameroon, by the Fondation Solidarité Parents et Enfants. Our colleague Françoise-Diane Ndengue, setec Cameroun, is the sponsor. The project has received a grant of 20,000 euros.

 

  • Creation of a workshop and tool to raise awareness of gender inequalities in mobility, run by the Femmes en Mouvement association. Our colleague Marie-Xavière Wauquiez, setec its, is the sponsor. The project has received a grant of 5,000 euros. Website

 

  • Opening of a community canteen run by the Petites Cantines association in Romans-sur-Isère. Aurélie Gagnepain, set by setec, is the patron. The project has received a grant of 20,000 euros.
  • Continuation of a school kitchen project in Senegal run by the Cuisines de GEMI association. Hermann Fagninou, setec tpi, is the sponsor. The project has received a grant of 5,000 euros.

 

  • Itinerant boat trip to provide dental care for island populations, supported by the Tooth Colibri association. Audrey Zonco, setec tpi is the sponsor. The project has received a grant of 8,000 euros.
